	MR. PHANG KAM WAH Mr. Phang have been doing research and develop in Heat, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Humidity & Cooling machinery over 20 years. He had been invited by news & magazine media for swiftlet farming topics. Besides, he is one of the speakers of ‘Sucessful Swiftlet Farming’ seminars, with his booklet of “Bird Nest and Swiftlet Farming” series 1 & 2. Currently, he is the chairman of Nest Tech Equipment Technology – which doing R & D on swiftlet farming equipment. He had set up various swiftlet farming house with high technology equipment which able to auto-monitoring the house’s humidity. Mr. Phang had visited many swiftlet farming houses overall in Malaysia up to 1300 units, and solving problems for brand new and existing farming house. Within the houses under Mr. Phang’s conduct, there are several units which has 600 swiftlets stayed in and build nest 180 pcs within the first 12 months time. 	DR. CHARLES LEH MUI UNG Dr. Charles Leh is a Zoologist and Curator. He has been doing research on bird nest and swiftlet species in South East Asia country over 20 years. He has been to bird nest cave of mountains, as well as diving for the sea caves to search and collect various type of bird nest.
